The Liberty 457-2 is a submersible sump pump. This heavy duty pump is used for commercial and residential wastewater transfer applications. It has a 1/2 hp oil-filled motor with thermal overload protection. The voltage needed to run this pump is 115V single phase. It has a 1-1/2" discharge size and it can handle up to 3/8" solids. The GPM performance of this Liberty 457-2 Sump Pump is indicated in the spec sheet. It features a vertical magnetic float switch. This pump comes with a quick-disconnect 25' cord for fast replacement of the power cord without breaking the seals to the motor. It has a powder coated aluminum housing and a vortex style impeller.
